Who we are
This site belongs to Melton Studios, a web studio serving Upstate South Carolina. If you have a question about this policy, email hello@meltonstudios.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. The contact form asks for your name, your email, your business name, what you do, your current website, the plan you are interested in and a message. When you press send, the form service Web3Forms passes your answers to us by email. The reservation form on our Neighbor Card page works the same way. The Website Grader reads the public homepage of the web address you enter; if you ask for the full report, it sends your name, email, optional business name and phone, the address you graded and your results to us the same way. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you put in the email.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, to talk about your website and, if you become a client, to build and run your site. We do not sell your information, rent it or share it with advertisers.
If you are a Growth client
Growth features (missed-call text back, lead alerts, review requests, call tracking and quote follow-up) handle your customers' names, phone numbers, emails and messages. We use that information only to provide those features for you, and we do not sell it.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site performs. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect usage data, such as the pages you visit, your device and your approximate location. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time by emailing hello@meltonstudios.com.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
